Who is Eligible for a Return?

All customers who have purchased directly from our website, www.luxresin.com, are eligible for our 14-day free return policy, subject to the exclusions below.

Non-Returnable Products

Our chopping boards and dining tables are custom-made to order. As these are bespoke products produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are defective or arrive damaged.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on eligible items.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The product should not have been used or altered in any way.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team via email at support@luxresin.co.uk to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
  • Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

Processing Returns

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the product.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 3–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including chopping boards and dining tables, are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Products sold on clearance or as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability and do not apply to custom-made items.
